The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Reception & Leasing Associate to join our Bundaberg team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital part in ensuring a positive experience across our reception and leasing functions.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding front desk and reception service, greeting clients in person and over the phone
* Manage leasing enquiries and conduct open homes and private inspections
* Process tenancy applications in line with relevant legislation
* Provide administrative support to the property management team
* Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presentation
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
* Confidence working with technology and Microsoft Office Suite
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service (real estate experience highly regarded but not essential)
