As an Teacher and Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You'll Need
* Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current SA Working with Children Check
* South Australia – Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA) (applicants working towards their Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) may be able to apply for Special Authority to Teach if certain conditions are met)
