We are seeking a Digital Commerce Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of our ecommerce strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and launching new products in alignment with our campaigns, collections drops, promotional activities, and other business initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing product listings, SEO, site content, and product updates to drive sales growth and customer engagement. You will also oversee checkout processes, payment gateways, and customer accounts to ensure a seamless user experience.
In addition, you will manage wholesale catalogues, B2B site functions, and multi-market operations across various regions. To inform data-led decisions and growth strategies, you will track and report on key ecommerce metrics using Shopify, Google Analytics, and other tools.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in either creating Klaviyo campaigns, SMS, and flows or Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising platforms. Your proficiency in using Shopify, Asana, Facebook Business Manager within the retail or fashion industry is also essential.
