Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Scope and Analysis session with clients to understand business requirement and design solutions.
* Design and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on system functionalities.
* Perform Data Migration, End User Training, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Stay updated on the latest Dynamics Business Central features, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects).
* Desirable – robust finance implementation experience or accounting qualifications such as CPA.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick‐paced workplace.
* Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Additional Information
* Occasional travel will be required.
* Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed during project key milestones.
* Must be legally allowed to work in Australia; unfortunately no sponsorship will be offered for this role.
