The Portfolio consists of the Mövenpick Hotel Hobart, Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer, ibis Styles Hobart, Novotel Devonport, and Novotel Perth Murray Street.
Team members can be based at either the Mövenpick Melbourne on Spencer or the Mövenpick Hotel Hobart. This multi-hotel role is part of our Reservations team, supporting multiple hotels across Tasmania, Melbourne, and Western Australia.

Job Description
* Build effective business relationships with key clients and travel agents through outstanding customer service via phone, email, or face‐to‐face.
* Use the hotel systems to process and input group reservations accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates.
* Produce and distribute rooming lists and confirmations as required, and maintain regular communication with clients.
* Undertake all group reservation tasks such as actioning releases and loading rooming lists for multiple properties.
* Utilise your strong relationship‐building and administrative skills to collaborate with other departments and build/maintain partnerships with existing and potential clients to drive results.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
* Ability to manage time and multi‐task.
* Outcome‐driven approach to performance and results.
* Natural ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workflow and workload individually and across the team.
* Prior experience working with Opera Cloud and RESAweb is advantageous.
