Key Responsibilities:
* Intercompany and group consolidation using Excel.
* Financial modelling.
* Stock and inventory reporting.
* Month-end close processes and management reporting.
* Preparation of Business Activity Statements, Fringe Benefits Tax, Payroll Tax, etc.
* Statutory reporting and liaison with auditors and external tax accountants.
* General ledger reconciliations.
* Capital project budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing project reports.
* Fixed asset register management, capital-in-progress, and assistance in asset counts.
* Cashflow forecast and planning model.
* Budgeting, forecasting & analysis to provide insights for leadership.
* Implementation and management of accounting systems and sub-systems.
