We are seeking a Defence Design Manager to oversee the design and delivery of complex Defence facilities. This key role involves managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage defence projects from inception through construction completion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field;
* Possess strong leadership skills with ability to motivate team members;
i>Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment;Techincal knowledge in electrical/mechanical engineering is required;
