Join Our Team: Program Supervisor - Staying On Track
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team at OzChild in delivering a groundbreaking youth justice program. Through a partnership between OzChild and Goolburri we are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Program Supervisor. The new program, Staying On Track (SoT) aims to improve community safety and reduce reoffending by bridging the transition to the community when young people are released from detention This includes 12-months of support with at least 6-months of intensive supervision to help youth make positive and lasting changes by ensuring they can access the necessary supports within the community.
As a Program Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and delivery of the SoT program.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing a team of youth mentors and family practitioner to ensure the program's success.
• Monitoring and evaluating program outcomes to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the program aligns with community needs and expectations.
• Providing guidance and support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
