Fundraising & Partnerships Manager (Part-Time) | NORPA

NORPA is one of Australia's most exciting theatre companies. Based in Lismore, NSW, we are seeking an experienced partnerships and development professional to lead fundraising strategy, build high‐value relationships, and drive a significant capital campaign for The Joinery—our new creative home.
This is a senior role working closely with the Executive team and Board to shape investment, influence partnerships across corporate, government and philanthropy, and secure long‐term sustainability for a nationally recognised regional arts organisation. As an important part of our small but dynamic team, you will develop fundraising strategies, create propositions and applications as well as administer partnership agreement deliverables.
Key focus areas:
* Lead and deliver a major capital campaign
* Build, manage and administer strategic partnerships and donor relationships
* Develop compelling cases for support, proposals and funding applications
* Identify and convert new partnership and investment opportunities
* Strengthen NORPA's long‐term income streams and impact
About you:
* Proven experience in partnerships, fundraising or development at a senior level
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to deliver outcomes
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Sound understanding of the arts and cultural sector, its stakeholders and funding landscape
* Good attention to detail and exemplary project (note: corrected missing closing tag)

Part‐time (3 days / 24 hours/week)
$110K pro rata
