Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and organised Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
This is a 12 to 18-month contract position with a range of benefits including parental leave, salary sacrificing, and recognition programs.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, coordinate logistics, manage site mobilisation, timesheets, and inductions, handle work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranties, maintain inventory, deliver customer service, and liaise with stakeholders for timely payments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the team
* Coordinating logistics such as rosters, training, audits, and compliance
* Managing site mobilisation, timesheets, and inductions
* Handling work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranties
* Maintaining inventory including PPE, uniforms, and stationery
* Delivering customer service and liaising with stakeholders for timely payments
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal)
* SAP experience is highly desirable
* Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
