We're looking for a supporting people-focused leader to guide our ServiceNow platform team.
In this role, you'll lead with care and curiosity, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and the HR Service Delivery module.
Ensures the effective implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform to support the Group's service management.
The Platform lead will drive the strategic direction, design, and operation performance of the platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.A little about youExtensive experience in managing and supporting the ServiceNow platform in a comparable organisationProven experience in implementing and optimising ITSM processes in line with ITIL best practices.Demonstrated experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.Project management experience, preferably IT projects from initiation to completion.Excellent mentoring skills with ability to guide and inspire a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailQualifications / certifications & SkillsServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or equivalent experienceITIL V4 Foundation and additional modules or equivalent experienceIn-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, particularly ITSM modules and CMDBStrong understanding of ITIL frameworkDigital Infrastructure and OperationsExcellent management skills with ability to guide and inspire a teamIntegration with common identity, data, and control systems e.g.
