The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead to own the strategic direction for our Builders platform—the foundational infrastructure that every Relevance AI agent and workflow depends on.
You’ll define what to build, why it matters, and how it drives the business forward. The platform spans four domains: integrations, reliability, analytics & observability, and the builder experience.
You’ll work directly with engineering leads and founders to make those bets and be accountable for the outcomes. In return, your decisions ship fast and have immediate, measurable impact on customers.
Your impact
* Own the platform vision and multi‑quarter roadmap — making build vs. buy vs. partner calls for the integrations ecosystem, sequencing investments by revenue impact, and shaping packaging and GTM strategy alongside sales and marketing.
* Define the integrations strategy beyond individual connectors — build the ecosystem moat through depth of functionality, partner leverage, and deliberate decisions on where to invest deeply vs. enable third‑party extensibility.
* Drive enterprise‑grade reliability — set SLAs, define uptime targets for production workloads, and make the hard tradeoffs between reliability investments and feature work in partnership with engineering.
* Shape the analytics and observability vision — design capabilities that surface ROI, drive expansion revenue, and give customers the visibility they need to trust and scale their AI workforce.
* Own the no‑code builder experience — keep Relevance AI accessible to non‑technical buyers at any deployment scale, and ruthlessly prioritise where UX friction is costing deals or slowing adoption.
* Bring a sharp product POV to leadership and board audiences — connecting roadmap bets to market opportunity, competitive positioning, and commercial outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years across product, strategy, or operations — Big 3 consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and SaaS backgrounds are strongly valued.
* An exceptional strategic thinker and AI enthusiast — you can bring a sharp POV on where the market is heading and translate that into strong product bets.
* Commercially sharp and market‑aware — you think in positioning, differentiation, and competitive landscape, not just features.
* Strong stakeholder management — you align founders, engineering, and GTM through structured thinking and clarity, and operate comfortably at the executive level.
* Excellent prioritisation skills with a track record of using data, usage metrics, and customer insight to cut through ambiguity and focus teams on what moves the needle.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment — you move fast, make sound calls with incomplete information, and iterate from outcomes.
Bonus Points For
* Experience with ecosystem or platform strategy, marketplace dynamics, partner programs, developer ecosystems, or integration platforms.
* Experience presenting product strategy to executive or board‑level audiences.
* Experience in Enterprise SaaS where you’ve navigated packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy for platform products.
