Overview
Horizon Power is recruiting for a
Supplier Relationship Management Officer
. This position oversees the supplier registration process and ensures thorough due diligence is completed, including evaluating financial liabilities, assessing third-party risks and insurance coverage, and maintaining accurate records of supplier master data. The role also includes responsibility for reporting activities to monitor supplier registration, supplier assurance reporting and preparation for supplier audits.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the supplier registration process, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and governance requirements.
Maintain and update supplier data to ensure accuracy and integrity across multiple systems.
Conduct regular supplier assessments and keep records current and compliant.
Manage changes to supplier financial details and contact details.
Manage supplier communications.
Champion compliance, ensuring our staff follow the correct processes.
The Superpowers You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in managing end to end supplier life cycle management and/or purchase to pay process, with experience in a commercial environment would be preferred.
Robust project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and navigate risks to meet critical deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in transactional and compliance focused work.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and suppliers effectively.
