Working hours: 7am - 3pm
$70,000 - $80,000 + Super PA

About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated and organised Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the daily operations of 10-15 technicians. You'll be the go-to person for both clients and our field-based staff, making sure jobs are well-prepared and everyone has the right information to deliver safe, high-quality service. We're looking for someone with proven scheduling experience who can add value and introduce new ideas as our business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain schedules for field technicians to ensure operational efficiency.
· Match jobs with technician skills, locations, and client requirements.
· Ensure follow-up visits and repeat testing are booked within the required Australian Standards compliance timeframes.
· Be the first point of contact for scheduling enquiries from clients and technicians.
· Confirm bookings, obtain and communicate access requirements, order parts and issue updates in a professional and timely manner.
· Support technicians with schedule queries and job preparation requirements.
· Prepare accurate job cards with site-specific details including arrival timeframes, site contacts, estimated assets, PPE, and safety requirements.
· Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external legislation.
· Record improvement opportunities in the company's Improvement Register and follow up as required.
· Contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
· Provide administrative support to other areas of the business as required, in alignment with company procedures.
· Look for opportunities to improve how we schedule and deliver work.
Requirements:
· Demonstrated experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration (field-service environment desirable).
· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceM8 or similar field service software is a bonus but not essential.
· Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Understanding of WHS, quality, and compliance practices desirable.
· Current Australian driver's licence.
· Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
· Medical clearances may be required to confirm fitness for work.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Sound knowledge of the Perth Metropolitan Area
