Own technical documentation across Billi's core product portfolio, keeping engineering records accurate, controlled and audit‐ready as products evolve.
Responsibilities
* Create, maintain and control product technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, specifications, manuals and procedures across the product portfolio.
* Coordinate engineering change documentation, version control and release processes, ensuring changes are accurately captured, traceable and released in line with governance requirements.
* Own document control governance, audit readiness and documentation standards.
* Ensure Product Technical Files are complete, current and ready for internal and external audits at all times.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Technical Communication, Engineering, Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in technical authoring, document control or engineering documentation, ideally within a manufacturing, regulated or quality‐managed environment.
* Comfortable working directly with engineers, interpreting technical documentation and working with document management systems and controlled release processes.
You have strong technical writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and take genuine pride in documentation quality. You understand that accurate, controlled records are foundational to product safety, compliance and engineering integrity, and you are genuinely committed to process discipline and high documentation standards.
You'll play a central role in maintaining the technical integrity of Billi's product portfolio, working closely with engineers and the Engineering Manager.
