We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team at our Surfers Paradise office.
Key responsibilities:
1. Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
2. Act as point of contact for all clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
3. General housekeeping and office upkeep.
4. Organise and schedule client appointments for relevant staff.
5. Write and distribute correspondence – emails, memos, faxes, forms etc.
6. Banking and receipting.
7. Collection and distribution of inbound mail and preparation of outbound mail (including couriers).
8. Document Management – filing, archiving, scanning & securities.

- Drivers licence and own vehicle (mandatory).
