About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality learning experiences for young children, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering play-based learning experiences that cater to the needs of 4-5 year old children;
* Leading educational programs that promote early literacy, numeracy, social, and emotional skills, self-regulation, and resilience;
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork;
* Fostering strong relationships with families to provide a supportive environment for children's growth;
* Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for growth and implementing change.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) qualification;
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) clearance;
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training; and
* Ideal 12+ months of experience in a Kindergarten Teacher/ECT role in Australia.
