Our client is a small family run business, building Project & Custom homes for families in South East Queensland. They build their clients dream homes of all shapes and sizes, tackling the more complicated builds that other builders will not.
We are seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their established team of professionals, based in the North Side of Brisbane. You will have previous estimating experience, and have a minimum 3+ years' experience working in a custom homes estimating role, and/or Project Home Builder. You will have a strong attention to detail, good time management skills & a solid understanding of the construction process.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* Generate bills of quantities
* Cost control of jobs from cost to completion
* Provide support to site supervisors in delivering of product
* Confidently read and interpret plans
* Issue purchase orders & liaise with suppliers on materials
* Price file maintenance
