Key responsibilities include: Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the NSW market. Lead your own business development initiatives, with our loyal client base and new clients.4 Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of Tech specialisation. Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries. Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights. Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities. About You We're looking for: ✔ 360-Degree Recruitment Experience (3 years) - with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Tech recruitment is a plus or ✔ Tech/B2B/Consultative Sales Experience (3 years) - looking to leverage your sales acumen in a people-focused, financially rewarding career surrounded by likeminded individuals.
