**KFC is now hiring! We are now looking to hire for Assistant Manager positions at the following restaurants on the Central Coast: West Gosford, Kincumber, Erina, and Mingara (Tumbi Umbi).**

If successful, you will be provided a focused and fast tracked program to provide you all the training you need to be confident and successful in the Assistant Manager role. This will include learning all Customer Service and Food Service tasks, and understanding and executing how to operate a shift at the restaurant as the Manager On Duty. Following this, you would be provided extensive training as you undertake our 'Leading A Restaurant' training. This is where you would learn the management side of the business, such as hiring, rostering, building a positive culture, and how to manage a KFC restaurant P&L.
