Overview
Our Outside School Hours Care service, Carina State School Helping Hands, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 28.75 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You'll work Monday to Friday in split shifts across our programs:
* Rise then Shine Program – Morning shifts (6:45am – 8:50am)
* Stay and Play Program – Afternoon shifts (3:00pm – 6:00pm)
* ️ Holiday HQ Program – Extra hours available during school holidays (6:45am – 6:00pm)

Responsibilities
* Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
* Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Qualifications
Hold or working towards a relevant qualification to work with children as per ACECQA
