**The Role**:
The perfect role for an experienced Property Officer or Property Management Assistant that is looking for a step up to run their own portfolio and grow into a Senior Property Management role with your own assistant. Manage a tidy portfolio of 160 residential properties located in the Eastern Suburbs, with accounts, new business and leasing support.
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Arrears management
- Insurance and bond claims
- Process maintenance requests, organise quotes
- Project manage any minor renovations
- A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Full time access to a reliable car
- Confidently spoken and well presented as you will be client facing
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Experience with PropertyMe advantageous
