Due to continued growth across our Brisbane clinics, we are seeking a Casual Receptionist to support front-of-house and administrative operations. This role is well suited to podiatry and allied health students seeking exposure to clinical practice environments while studying.
Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this healthcare reception position.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcoming patients and managing front-desk enquiries
* Booking and confirming appointments using practice management software
* Processing payments and private health claims accurately
* Managing phone and email enquiries in a timely manner
* Supporting day-to-day clinic operations in a fast-paced environment
