The Opportunity The Executive Assistant is responsible for high quality executive and administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), management of services for complex office support, correspondence and record keeping, as well as administering policies, procedures and protocols. You will use your proficiency with MS Office suite of tools to support the CFO, and the wider Finance team to deliver government priorities and contribute to building a positive culture. What you will deliver * Manage CFO's diary, inbox, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritisation of key matters * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and liaise with stakeholders for input on supporting documents * Support key finance initiatives, reporting cycles, and team activities across the Finance division * Handle sensitive and confidential enquiries with discretion and professionalism * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting collaboration across the organisation * Foster culturally safe, inclusive environments that enable everyone to feel valued and respected What you will bring * Proven experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment * Prior experience within Victorian public sector organisations is not essential but would be considered advantageous. * Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint) * Critical thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities * A people-first mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach What we offer you We are committed to creating a workplace that inspires and engages you.
