At Emble Allied Health, we support children and young people to build capacity, connection and independence in everyday life. Based in Mill Park in Melbourne's north‐east, we are an established multidisciplinary clinic offering:

* Occupational Therapy
* Physiotherapy
* Dietetics & Feeding Therapy
* Music Therapy
* Art Therapy
* Key Working

Our work is grounded in evidence‐based, family‐centred practice, delivered both in‐clinic and across natural environments such as homes, schools and community settings. While our current focus is on children and adolescents, there is scope for our services to expand to include adults as the clinic continues to grow.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist / Team Leader to join our team. This role is well suited to an experienced Occupational Therapist who is either already in a leadership role or ready to step into leadership with structured support and mentoring.

The position combines clinical leadership responsibilities with a small, manageable caseload, allowing you to remain clinically engaged while supporting the growth and development of our established Occupational Therapy team.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support
* Provide day‐to‐day clinical leadership, guidance and support to the Occupational Therapy team.
* Facilitate supervision, mentoring and reflective practice tailored to individual clinician needs.
* Support in the facilitation of the Graduate Learning Program.
* Contribute to service development, clinical standards and quality improvement initiatives.
Clinical Practice
* Maintain a small caseload delivering evidence‐based occupational therapy services.
* Provide assessment and intervention for children and adolescents, with potential to support adult services as the clinic expands.
* Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community environments.
* Work closely with families, educators and other key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with our internal team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated care.
* Contribute to program development, group therapy and community‐based initiatives aligned with Emble's values.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, values‐aligned Occupational Therapist who enjoys working collaboratively and is motivated to contribute to a supportive and innovative organisation.

* Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
* Have strong experience working with children and families (paediatric experience essential).
* Bring leadership or supervision experience or a clear interest in developing leadership capability with support.
* Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and reflective practice skills.
* Communicate clearly, respectfully and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Occupational Therapists with experience across both paediatric and adult settings are encouraged to apply, as there is opportunity to support service growth over time.

Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Working with Children Check (Employment)
* National Police Check
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (where required)
