About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support the daily operations of the business by providing front-of-house reception and administrative support.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Greeting customers and providing friendly front desk service
* Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Scheduling service appointments and managing bookings
* Assisting with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
* Processing customer information and updating internal systems
* Supporting the service team with general office duties

This is a key customer-facing role that helps ensure the smooth running of the workshop and office.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous administration or reception experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using computers and the ability to learn and navigate new systems
* A professional and friendly phone manner
* The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment

A positive attitude and willingness to assist the wider team will be highly valued.
