As Executive Manager of the Ballaarat Mechanics' Institute (BMI), you'll guide one of Australia's oldest, most cherished cultural hubs into its next era. The BMI isn't just a venue - it's a living, breathing centre for dialogue, arts, history, and knowledge, welcoming people from all walks of life.
In this part-time (0.5) strategic leadership role, you'll combines cultural stewardship with business acumen, managing multiple business units, developing government partnerships, and leading financial sustainability initiatives.
