We value your expertise in conducting research and analyzing data to develop strategies that promote a safe and respectful campus environment. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and provide sound judgement will be essential in this role.
* You hold tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a relevant discipline, and/or equivalent experience and training in organisational wellbeing and support service functions.
* You have a strong understanding of survivor-centric, trauma-informed approaches to sexual assault and sexual harassment complaints and support.
* You possess excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret policies and procedures, develop strategies, and prepare reports using data from various sources.
