The Contract Administration Officer provides an effective and efficient customer focused general administrative support and clerical service across the Division, allowing operational staff to focus on non-administrative functions.
Core duties and responsibilities:
Word processing, including basic document control support, i.e. formatting of documents
Data entry
Sorting and distributing correspondence, documents and files
Preparing, copying, and collating/binding materials for distribution
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Maintains stationery, kitchen and office supplies
Attends to and receives visitors for the area, i.e. collecting attendees for interviews.
Attends to telephone calls
Processing of direct Purchase order Requests
Processing and coding of supplier's invoice
About you:
Minimum 2 Years experience in a Contract Administration or Administration Support role.
Australian Citizenship/Permanent Resident is a requirement of this role. Unfortunately no Working Holiday Visa's can be accepted at this time.
