Aussie Angels Nursing and Disability Services is a growing, values-driven healthcare and disability services provider. We are seeking a friendly, organised and qualified Receptionist & Office Administration Officer to be the face and backbone of our office operations.
This is a critical role in a rapid‐paced, purpose‐driven workplace supporting our management, clinical, and support teams.
Responsibilities
* Answering and directing phone calls professionally
* Welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations
* Supporting rostering, onboarding and compliance administration
* Filing, scanning, data entry and record management
* Assisting with invoicing, staff and client documentation
* Supporting management with general administration tasks
* Maintaining office organisation and supplies
* Other duties as directed by management
