About the Role
The General Manager Operations will lead a large geographically dispersed workforce responsible for critical frontline services including water management, road maintenance, parks services and community-facing initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to improve service planning and standards as well as lead transformative programs that enhance organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading a distributed team through cultural change strengthening leadership capability across manager groups
* Balancing community expectations with organisational capability ensuring clarity of priorities and measurable delivery of commitments
