We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who'll play a critical part in how TRIBE delivers for our key Australian accounts, and in where we go next.
The Role
* Own the strategy across TRIBE's key Australian enterprise accounts, each with genuine complexity and senior stakeholders.
* Present campaign and creator strategies with confidence to senior marketing leaders and C-suite.
* Bring ideas to clients before they ask, informed by culture, social trends and performance data.
* Build genuine relationships with creators and talent agencies, understanding who's right for each brand and why.
* Turn campaign performance into insight that shapes what happens next. Go deep on the data and tell clients what it means for their next move.
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Campaign Management and Community teams to deliver for your clients.
* Become a trusted advisor and champion TRIBE's role within your clients' broader marketing strategies.
* Be a voice in the team. Share what you know, support the people around you, and help raise the bar.
What You'll Bring
* Real experience in creator or influencer marketing. You've briefed creators, evaluated content, and you understand what makes work land.
* A track record of managing and commercially growing client relationships at a senior level.
* Confidence presenting to senior marketing leaders and C-suite.
* Strong project management across multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously.
* The ability to read data and turn it into something useful. What happened, why, and what it means next.
* Creative curiosity. You follow what's working on social and naturally think about how it applies to your clients.
* Genuine excitement about being the face of TRIBE with enterprise brands and partnering with Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest at the highest level.
