About the Role

The Executive Support Officer provides high-level administrative, organisational, and confidential support to the CEO, Executive Team, Board, and subcommittees.
* Manage the CEO's calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
* Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for leadership and internal meetings.
* Draft and format documents, briefings, and reports to a high standard.
* Coordinate internal communications and assist with staff engagement activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Calendar management and travel coordination.
* Minute-taking for high-level meetings.
* Discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information.
* Organisational skills and strong time management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Stakeholder relations and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
