Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Undertaking case management of low to moderately complex AAT matters and analysing to develop options for early resolution.
- Obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters.
- Attending Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings conducted by the AAT.
- Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
- Assessing and responding to priorities and risks, including risk to the participant, Scheme sustainability and the agency.
- Preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision making processes and justifying conclusions reached
- Managing a team of approx. 4 level 5 staff
- Handling higher case loads as well as more complex cases

- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in high level case management is highly desirable
- Territory qualification will assist in this role
- Experience working with AAT matters
- Be able to provide assistant support to all team members
- Must be an **Australian Citizen**:
- Able to pass national police check and working with children check
- Excellent customer service skills, working closely with many families, participants, court, internal and external stakeholders.
