The role:
As our Associate District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across our fast‐growing Pest Elimination business in Brisbane. You will be at the forefront of developing, coaching and empowering a team of Service Specialists. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of customer excellence within your territory.
Your responsibilities:
* Foster a customer‐centric culture emphasizing the importance of understanding and addressing customer needs.
* Mentor and coach your team, providing support, guidance and development opportunities.
* Manage the financial growth and forecasting for the territory, identifying service planning strategies and reviewing consumable costings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver tailored solutions.
* Work in conjunction with the Sales and Admin teams to successfully roll out pest services for new customers.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
* Facilitate and lead business review meetings across customer accounts to ensure tailored customer solutions.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety, ensuring WHS policies and regulations are always met.
