What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role
* Strong foundation in accounting principles and month‑end processes
* Previous exposure to claims, project accounting or construction industry environments (highly desirable)
* Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with ERP systems
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across operations
* A proactive, flexible, hands‑on approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
