We are seeking an experienced Audience Growth Specialist to lead our search strategy for a prominent brand. This key role is based in Melbourne and reports directly to the Chief Experience Officer.
This is a hybrid position that combines organic and paid search efforts to drive revenue growth. As Audience Growth Specialist, you will shape how millions of users discover us—fueling audience expansion and unlocking new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
* Define clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on revenue-driving channels and content.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to embed SEO best practices across all published content and infrastructure.
* Optimize website elements for Google Top Stories, Discover, and emerging formats like AI Overviews and AI Mode.
* Capture traffic from social platforms (e.g., Reddit, YouTube).
* Support both subscription and affiliate funnels.
* Apply E-E-A-T principles to build trust and authority.
* Balance on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts.
* Run regular audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

Your Qualifications
* A proven track record of driving SEO growth for large or content-heavy websites.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of SEO experience.
* Analytical and commercially minded, with strong numeracy skills.
* Ability to read and interpret code is essential for technical SEO requirements.
