Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Execute strategic sales plans and maintain a robust pipeline through research, networking, and proactive outreach. Prospecting & Qualification: Target high-potential prospects using market intelligence, industry events, and lead-generation strategies. Prioritise opportunities with the greatest impact on sales performance. Closing & Post-Sale Engagement: Lead negotiations, navigate procurement processes, overcome objections, and finalise contracts. Oversee post-sale activities, including client references, and case study development. Strategic Planning & Collaboration: Deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts, contribute to business development strategy, and align closely with marketing and product teams to foster a high-performance sales culture. Strategic Sales & Results Focus : Skilled in creating and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and exceed targets. Customer-Centric Approach : Ability to understand client needs, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. Communication & Negotiation Skills : Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Commercial and Analytical Acumen : Skilled in market analysis, sales forecasting, governance frameworks, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), with a high level of business acumen. Adaptable Team Player : Resilient, collaborative and capable of managing multiple accounts, resolving escalations, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
