About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results‐driven salesperson to join our Melbourne Referrer Relationship Specialist team. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), Specialists and other allied healthcare providers in the region. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our referral base and the enhancement of patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute strategic plans to drive referral growth, assess emerging opportunities and competitor activities, and drive operational excellence in your designated territory.
* Build and maintain business‐centric relationships with GPs, Specialists and key referrers to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
* Advocate for Lake Imaging's comprehensive range of medical imaging services, highlighting benefits to referrers and patients.
* Meet and exceed referral targets by effectively communicating the value of our services.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience for referrers and patients.
* Plan and host events/networking opportunities to support referrer education needs.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary education in Science, Business or a related field; radiology or pathology highly regarded.
* Previous experience in sales, particularly within the healthcare industry.
* Familiarity with the Melbourne healthcare landscape, especially GP sales.
* Strong customer‐service orientation and ability to build and maintain long‐term relationships.
