Workforce Planner Role
This is a challenging and dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Planner. As part of the national Field Service Planning Team, you will play a key role in supporting our Field Services and Operations team, ensuring the optimisation of workforce planning.
Reporting directly to the National Service Planning Manager, on a fixed 2-year contract, you will be responsible for providing internal support to our teams and managing customer repair and fix service requests.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed planning, time management and organisational skills, with experience in workforce planning and excellent communication skills.
