Role: Early Childhood Senior Educators
Location: North Coast region, NSW – All centres are located within the NSW North Coast region
Salary Range: Senior Educators – ranging from $39.85 p/hr to $45.25 p/hr + Superannuation (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
* Have passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
* Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education program and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
* Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
* Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.
You'll Need
* Senior Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
* Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
