**About Your Role: Customer Service Executive**
As a Customer Service Rep, you will be a part of a team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as the main interface with customers, Account Managers, and Technical Consultants during customer's purchase order treatment. You will also coordinate customer's requirements for sales order production and manage customer complaints, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Validating and registering customers' Purchase Orders in order entry systems
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of Customers' Purchase Orders
- Follow up on Sales Orders until their shipment and invoicing
- Managing customers' complaints and following up to ensure resolution
- Inventory management & optimization based on inputs from the Supply Chain
- Attending customers' meetings and assisting customers when visiting Gemalto facilities
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in end to end order management
- Proficient in System Tools e.g. MS Suite
- ERP knowledge is a plus
- Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Excellent organization skills and able to work under pressure
- A dynamic self-starter and a team player
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
