We are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our near-new purpose-built Early Learning Centre on the Northern Gold Coast.
* Lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality childcare services
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expansion
* Maintain excellent relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders through open communication and collaboration
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Centre Manager or similar role
* Possession of AQF Diploma qualification (or higher) is highly regarded but not essential if relevant industry experience can be demonstrated via your resume
