Outcomes You’ll Deliver:

* Coach clients 1:1, semi-private and in small groups

* Program, assess and track progress using TeamBuildr

* Guide clients from onboarding to ongoing check-ins

* Keep our space clean, sharp and welcoming

* Be a learner off the floor and a leader on it

What We’re Looking For:

* Cert III + IV in Fitness (or higher qualification)

* 2+ years of gym or studio coaching experience

* Strong foundations in strength and mobility coaching

* Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence

* A proactive, reliable work ethic and a passion for learning

Bonus points if you have:

* Semi-private coaching experience

* Rehab/S&C background (FRC, ATG, DNS, etc.)

* Nutrition knowledge or credentials

* Familiarity with TeamBuildr or MindBody

* Something unique. Sporting background, niche skillset or creative flair
