Your next OpportunityWe are actively seeking a motivated Logistics Support Officer to provide high quality and timely administrative services to the Boral Asphalt Logistics Team.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at Seven Hills reporting to the Logistics and Allocations Manager.
This role will primarily be responsible for processing and reporting heavy vehicle contractor, vehicle and driver data.
As an integral team member of the division, this role supports Boral's regulation and compliance in accordance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law.Your day will involve:Contractor, driver and vehicle set up and reportingProcessing and documenting licences, insurances, contracts, induction records, etcProcessing and coordinating fines (speeding, etc.)Coordinating medicals and telematics eventsActive participation in continuous improvement of processes and systemsActive communication with key stakeholdersWhat we are looking for:Strong administration experience, ideally within Supply Chain / Logistics / TransportExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA self-starter attitude and ability to work without direct supervisionExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsHigh level attention to detailWhat's on Offer?
