Master Technician – Mornington BMW

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake complex diagnosis, repairs, inspections, and maintenance of BMW automobiles.
* Provide technical support and guidance to fellow technicians.
* Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge, including reading Service Information and Service News Bulletins.
* Complete repair orders efficiently, accurately, and to BMW standards.
* Use special tools, diagnostic equipment, and training resources to improve customer service and workshop efficiency.
* Attend internal and external training as directed by management.
* Ensure vehicles and work areas are kept clean and safe at all times.
* Accurately complete reports and attach relevant labels to parts as required.
* Follow manufacturer's service schedules and repair instructions without fail.
* Support a cooperative, positive, and productive team environment.
* Comply with Autosports Group policies, procedures, and Work Health & Safety requirements.
About You:
* Relevant technical qualifications.
* High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to display initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, with confidence to ask questions and seek direction.
* Well organised and able to manage time effectively within strict timelines.
* Current driver's licence.
