* Keep guests safe: pace management, headcounts, risk awareness, incident reporting.
* Logistics: gear checks (radios, lights, night-vision), vehicle shuttles (if licensed), liaise with chef/partners, setup/pack-down.
* Guest care & hospitality: welcome guests, teas/coffees/snacks, basic hosting around the lodge; tidy shared spaces.
* Capture simple photos/short clips (with consent) for our socials.
* Follow SOPs; record attendance/feedback; represent the brand professionally.
What you bring

* Reliable weekend availability; comfortable with early starts and occasional evening wildlife sessions.
* Physically capable: walk 8–12 km/day on sand/trails and carry 5–10 kg of gear.
* Current First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
* Right to work in Australia.
* Driver's licence and clean record (LR/bus licence a plus).
Nice to have
* Guiding, outdoor ed, eco-tourism or hospitality experience.
