About the Role
As the Lead Creative Designer, you will take ownership of the company’s visual identity and marketing collateral. You’ll be responsible for delivering cutting-edge brochures, digital content, advertising campaigns, and branding that showcase world-class products to a demanding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction across brochures, catalogues, digital campaigns, and branding projects.
- Develop engaging visual concepts that reflect innovation in heavy equipment manufacturing.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring strategies to life.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery under tight deadlines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, print and digital.
About You
- Proven track record as a senior or lead designer with measurable success in the industry.
- All-round expertise: graphic design, layout, digital content, and brand development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, results-driven design work.
- Confident, proactive, and able to own projects end-to-end.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors will be highly regarded.
