Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial assets, building strong and sustainable relationships with both owners and tenants.
Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and compliance with lease obligations.
Manage operational matters including maintenance, contractor coordination, and capital works.
Develop and execute property marketing strategies in line with asset performance goals.
Prepare turnover forecasts, budgets, and financial reports, and monitor the financial performance of the portfolio.
Handle tenant arrears, negotiate abatements, and manage high-risk tenancy issues with strategic oversight.
Contribute to the onboarding of new clients and deliver a high level of service throughout the property lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Ideal Candidate
Holds a current Real Estate Agent's Representative Certificate or License.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of commercial property management and relevant legislation.
Brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing stakeholders and resolving complex issues.
Has proven experience managing a commercial property portfolio independently.
Communicates with clarity and confidence, with a strong focus on client outcomes.
Is highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
Experience with Cirrus8 will be highly regarded.
