Sales Executive – Residential Painting & Estimating

Sales & Follow-Up Role | Inbound Focus

Brisbane-Based | High-Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive – Residential Painting & Estimating to join our growing residential division.

This role is not a high-pressure hunter position. The focus is on managing inbound residential enquiries, attending site visits, assessing scope, preparing accurate quotations, and building strong relationships with homeowners. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, clear communication, and consistent follow through.

You will be a key representative of the brand in the residential market. Your ability to create trust quickly, present professional quotations, and follow up effectively will directly influence conversion rates, referrals, and long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage and attend inbound residential enquiries
* Conduct on-site assessments and gather accurate scope details
* Prepare, present, and follow up residential quotations
* Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the process
* Identify opportunities within opportunities on every enquiry and project
* Actively generate referrals through strong service and relationship management
* Maintain consistent follow-up on open quotes and enquiries
* Represent and promote the brand professionally at all times
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotes, follow-ups, and outcomes

What we're looking for:

* Painting experience, paint sales, or estimating experience preferred
* Residential or on-the-road sales experience highly regarded
* Strong communication and people skills
* High attention to detail, particularly with estimating and quotations
* Proven ability to follow through and close the loop
* Organised, reliable, and accountable
* Professional presentation and pride in your work

Training & development:

* Full on-the-job training provided in estimating, quoting, and systems
* Structured onboarding with hands-on support
* Ongoing coaching focused on communication, sales, and follow-up
* Clear development pathways to grow the role over time

What's on offer:

* $80,000–$100,000 base salary plus super
* Company car included
* Set commission structure with uncapped earning potential
* OTE of $140,000+
* Very achievable monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
